Fee Concessions & Scholarships

Merit Scholarship
Students scoring 85%+ in the admission test receive a 25% concession in monthly tuition for the first year.
Sibling Concession
If two siblings study at PathBhaban simultaneously, the second child receives a 15% concession in monthly tuition.
Hardship Concession
Economically disadvantaged students may apply for a fee waiver of up to 50% based on financial assessment by the Managing Trust.
Board Toppers
WBBSE/WBCHSE toppers from previous year are offered free admission with full monthly tuition waiver for Class XI.

All concession requests must be applied for in writing to the Principal with supporting documents. The Managing Trust's decision is final.

Important Notes:
  • All fees are payable in cash or via UPI/bank transfer at the school office.
  • Fee receipts will be issued for every payment — always retain your receipt.
  • Fees must be paid by the 10th of each month; late payments attract a ₹100 penalty.
  • The school reserves the right to revise fees annually with 30 days' prior notice.
  • For financial hardship cases, contact the Principal before the fee due date.
